Terms of Service

By accessing and using Tech Parichay's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Tech Parichay provides AI development, consulting, and implementation services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom AI solution development
• Machine learning model creation and deployment
• Data analytics and business intelligence
• Process automation solutions
• AI consulting and strategy services
• Training and support services

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Tech Parichay and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Custom solutions developed for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment, while our methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge remain our intellectual property.

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules are defined in project contracts
• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refunds are subject to the terms of individual agreements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Parichay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We understand the sensitive nature of business information and maintain strict confidentiality protocols. All client information, data, and business processes are treated as confidential and are protected under appropriate non-disclosure agreements.

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Access to our services will be discontinued
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
• Client data will be returned or destroyed as requested

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
